Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have early childhood certifications and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching young children. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate English language lessons and activities for preschool children.
  • Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress and development, and provide feedback to parents as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Early childhood certifications (e.g., Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Care and Education, Certificate in Early Childhood Education).
  • Passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to their holistic development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
