A childcare center in Singapore is seeking an energetic and creative individual to assist in daily operations. Responsibilities include morning health checks, managing appointments, documentation for centre events, and overseeing inventory. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and preferably have experience in a childcare setting. This role requires closing shifts until 7 pm.
Duties include:
1) Assist in morning health checks; sign-in; sign-out;
2) Answering phone calls, arranging appointments and handling simple parent enquiries;
3) General documentation in relation to centre events/excursions/programmes;
4) Receiving parents/guests/visitors;
5) Prepare/submit documents for new enrolments/withdrawals;
6) Purchasing and distribution - merchandise, groceries, stationery & all cleaning products; and
7) Monitor and update inventory of merchandise, stationery & all cleaning products.
