A prominent childcare center in Toa Payoh is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist with morning health checks, manage appointments, and engage with parents and visitors. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and ideally have experience working in a childcare environment. Must be able to work until 7 pm. Salary and availability should be clearly stated in the application.
Duties include:
1) Assist in morning health checks; sign-in; sign-out;
2) Answering phone calls, arranging appointments and handling simple parent enquiries;
3) General documentation in relation to centre events/excursions/programmes;
4) Receiving parents/guests/visitors;
5) Prepare/submit documents for new enrolments/withdrawals;
6) Purchasing and distribution - merchandise, groceries, stationery & all cleaning products; and
7) Monitor and update inventory of merchandise, stationery & all cleaning products.
