THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Assistant Teacher to support main classroom teachers in delivering daily programs and facilitating learning for children across Islandwide locations.

The role involves daily routine care, preparation of teaching aids, and collaboration with the team to maintain an engaging classroom environment and strong parent relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the main classroom teachers in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children
• Conduct daily routine care and related duties
• Assist in preparing and implementing the programs for children
• Assist with planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the entire team once a month, adhoc basis and as required
• Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids
• Evaluate and maintain records of children’s development
• To render basic first aid as and when necessary
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents
• Being part of the team, you will participate in parents and community engagement activities
