Overview

CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATOR at Learning Kidz at Tampines Hub

$2,800 - $3,400

Responsibilities
  • Manage enrichment programmes enrolment, sales and fee collection
  • Do centre enrollment and centre tour
  • Be proactive to promote products or services ro potential customers
  • Increase sales, brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Update and maintain regular and accurate records
  • Attend to parent enquiries (phone calls, emails, face-to-face)
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist the Supervisor in ensuring all administrative work is completed and support the supervisor and the management team, good customer service
  • Assist in the centre’s operational needs when assigned
  • Salary will depends on the numbers of years experience
  • Assist in the planning/organising/execution of school events
  • Participate in promotional activitie

Requirements
