  • We are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre.
  • Wed-Sun (5-day week). 11am-8pm on Weekdays, 9am-6pm on Weekends.
  • Closed on public holidays.
  • Located at CTHUB near Bendemeer/Lavender MRT.
  • Up to 3,400 SGD monthly plus incentives, depending on experience.

Job Scope
  • Provide direct clinical services to children and youths through counselling and group work.
  • Work with parents and children to develop effective strategies.
  • Able to empathize and work with parents to achieve their desired outcomes for their children.
  • Implement and follow up on care plans and interventions.
  • Participate in case conferences with the team, schools and external agencies.
Requirements
  • Must be Singaporean or PR.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counselling or Psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
  • Additional qualifications in CBT, play therapy, skills in behaviour management, case management, and group work are beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and strong communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and keen to improve.
  • Therapist with special needs background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking parents.
