The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD), leadership experience, and a strong focus on quality KPIs. This role includes mentoring veterinarians and implementing best practices in a dynamic veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Holder of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with the applicable veterinary board.
• Minimal three years in leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the medical team to achieve care delivery goals.
• Oversee hiring and retention of veterinarians and HoVs.
• Implement and execute quality programs for improved medical care.
