XM INFINITE envisions to create Southeast Asia’s first all‑one platform for immersive, narrative‑driven IP events and festivals.

Most importantly, making it accessible for fans worldwide, and transporting them into the world of fantasy, bringing their favourite IPs to life through tailored and immersive experiences.

Moving forward in 2025, APEX INFINITE is set to unveil a slate of groundbreaking projects, including Infinity Saga Symphony, Dragon Ball Musical Adventure, and large‑scale festivals celebrating Dragon Ball and One Piece.

These will take place in a Multi‑City Tour Format, beginning in Singapore and expanding across major cities such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and the USA, including stops in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and more.

We are seeking a Cheif Transformation Officer to join our Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the overall business strategy to drive growth, innovation, and market penetration.
  2. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the company, ensuring efficient processes and high‑quality service delivery.
  3. Cultivate strategic partnerships with IP owners, brands, and other stakeholders to enhance market presence and revenue generation.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine the company’s positioning in the experiential event sectors.
  5. Strengthen brand loyalty and community growth through fan engagement initiatives and interactive experiences.
  6. Manage the company’s budget, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience in event management, business development, licensing, partnership, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in negotiating high‑stakes partnerships and licensing agreements.
  • Comfortable with working in a fun‑dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality.
