Role and Responsibilities
1. Scope of the role
As a CTO , you are expected to serve as a Digital Transformation Leader for SEA markets which will require you to have strong strategic knowledge on digital platforms and hands on experience of digital planning and execution.
- Overall account stewardship and team management
 
- Responsible for the accounts digital strategy and approach
 
- Accountable for flawless planning and activation
 
- Expert knowledge on all digital buys especially performance media
 
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
 
- Lead measurement, success metrics and learning agenda
 
- Lead data analysis and storytelling
 
- Drive innovations and initiatives from media partners
 
- Have strong numerical ability
 
- Use excel to make sense of data and create client facing reports – SEM, Shopping Ads, Social, Programmatic, Video, Display
 
- Finance stewardship i.e. ensuring all plans are billed promptly and accurately
 
2. Required Skills & Attributes
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation or strategic transformation consulting.
 
- Hands on experience with activation across digital platforms i.e. Google Ads, TikTok, X, Meta, DV360, Microsoft Ads
 
- Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics experience is good to have
 
- Strong passion for and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence with focus on Machine Learning,LLM
 
- Strong familiarity with digital metrics
 
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing ad digital disciplines i.e. audience targeting, analytics
 
- Strong client facing communication and presentation skills and inter-agency relations skills
 
- Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
 
- Strong attention to detail is required & Can work independently with self-learning attitude
 
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving abilities and time management skills
 
- Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively
 
- Effective under pressure, high energy, and a collaborator
 
- Flexibility to work long hours and odd timings
 
3. Qualifications
- Masters in Data Science & Data Management with focus on Data Lake Data Warehouse concepts
 
- Degree in Data Science with PYTHON, PIG and relevant program knowledge on Principal Component Analysis(PCA), dimension reduction (DR)
