• As the technology and digital transformation leader, you will be in charge of developing and implementing digital strategies across several platforms.
  Work at the nexus of innovation, analytics, and execution to ensure the seamless integration of technology and learning.
• Leading digital and technology strategy in SEA markets.
• Offering technical guidance to cross-functional digital teams
• Managing platform architecture, product development, and digital transformation efforts.
• Improving data analytics, automation, and AI/ML usage in learning systems.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with partners, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure high-performance digital marketing and media activations.
• Providing meaningful reports using data storytelling and performance indicators.
• Managing technological compliance, security, and financial stewardship.

Requirements of the role:

• Master of Data Science & Data Management (with an emphasis on Data Lake/Data Warehouse)
• A bachelor's degree in data science with expertise in Python, PIG, PCA, and Dimensionality Reduction approaches
• Over ten years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, or strategic technology consulting
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok.
• Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (recommended).
• Strong experience with AI, Machine Learning, and LLM applications.
• Technical proficiency in data integration, automation, and digital product development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in both technical and non-technical teams
• Proficient with Excel, data modeling, and client-facing reporting (SEM, programmatic, display, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills and attention to detail.
