Here is what you are expecting to be doing:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architecture that supports the company’s product vision and growth.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and security across all platforms and services.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to align technical strategies with business, ESG, and product goals.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing technical team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Represent the company’s technical brand in external engagements, including investor meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
• Translate ESG expertise into technical implementation strategies that integrate sustainability goals with advanced technology solutions.

Skills that will help you in this role:

• Deep knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with strong familiarity in SaaS platforms, API design principles, and cloud database architecture and security.
• Understanding of ESG processes, including carbon inventory and carbon asset management, and the ability to embed them into technical solutions.
• Proven experience leading the development and launch of cloud-based SaaS platforms, building multinational R&D teams, and integrating cross-market product needs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to investors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in representing technology on international stages and building the company’s technical image globally.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in collaborating with international development teams.
• Clear and structured thinking, with the ability to tell compelling stories through technology.
• Strong stage presence, diplomatic skills, and a passion for merging ESG missions with technological innovation.
