This role is ideal for a technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment, balancing strategic leadership with deep technical execution.

The CTO will lead the development of secure, high-performance, and scalable platforms, ensuring technology decisions align closely with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy, Leadership & Execution
• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology and IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead and assemble a diverse, high-performing team of technologists/ engineers/ innovators to develop AI-driven initiatives across the organization.

• Product Development, Architecture & Platforms
• Oversee the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance platforms.
