About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to define and drive our company’s technology strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap. Based in Singapore, you will oversee end-to-end product and engineering delivery for our API-first SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and scalable cloud-native solutions that support clients across Asia and worldwide.

You will work closely with the CEO, COO, CRO, and the executive team to align technology with business priorities, ensuring our platforms remain resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards including MAS, HKMA, and FATF. The role calls for a proven leader who can build and inspire high-performing engineering teams, anticipate regulatory and market shifts, and deliver solutions that combine innovation with trust.

You will also represent the company to clients, regulators, partners, and investors, and strengthen our position as a trusted technology partner in Singapore and the region.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, ideally with exposure to Big Tech or leading global product companies
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field from a recognised university
• Strong expertise in AI, big data, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proven track record in scaling enterprise SaaS platforms across global markets
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and the RegTech/FinTech ecosystem
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring cross-border engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulators and financial institutions
• Hands-on technical foundation earlier in career, with the ability to engage in technical discussions when needed
• Passion for AI-driven innovation, particularly in compliance, risk, or financial services
• Prior experience in start-up or scale-up environments, with agility to thrive in fast-moving contexts
• Established global network across finance, regulation, and technology communities
