We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our global sales organization. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a team of 300–400 professionals, this role will be central to driving revenue growth, customer excellence, and brand leadership across multiple international markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global B2C sales strategy that delivers sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
- Lead large, multi-market sales operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distribution networks to strengthen market reach.
- Champion customer excellence, embedding a customer-first mindset across all sales touchpoints.
- Drive digital transformation in sales through data analytics, AI, CRM, and automation to enhance performance and insight-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Establish world-class governance, KPIs, and performance management systems to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Foster a high-performance culture, empowering teams through leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large, high-performing B2C sales organizations on a regional or global scale.
- Strong expertise in revenue growth, commercial strategy, and large-team leadership.
