A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a licensed Representative to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and supervise corporate governance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of financial markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative fund or hedge fund investment modelling.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Must meet the Fit and Proper criteria as set out by MAS.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and quantitative strategies.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, particularly under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).

• Offer expert guidance on local operational issues, including administrative, legal, and technology-related matters.
