Job Overview

As Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for global operations, ensuring seamless execution of user onboarding, compliance, card scheme issuance, and supply chain management. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will improve operational conversions, mitigate risk, and build efficient and scalable processes for international market expansion, helping YPT become a leading global crypto payment solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support business growth in non-restricted markets (such as Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa).
• Research crypto payment scenarios and work with product managers to abstract them into product requirements, driving a dual‑drive strategy between product and operations to ensure alignment between product and operations strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the user acquisition funnel, improving user experience and retention.
• Monitor global fintech regulatory developments to ensure compliance with international standards (such as GDPR and AML requirements in emerging markets).
• Establish strategic partnerships with local banks and payment gateways to continuously reduce stablecoin‑to‑fiat channel costs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with expertise in payment systems or stablecoin platforms.
• Experience scaling global operations from startup to millions of users.
• Proficient in international regulatory requirements (e.g., EU GDPR, AML regulations in emerging markets).
• Excellent leadership and cross‑cultural communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Passionate about the crypto payments industry, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership mindset.
