Job description

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-term vision.

Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives across multiple business units.

Manage and optimize functions such as Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Customer Success.

Develop scalable systems, workflows, and performance metrics to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

Drive cost-efficiency, resource allocation, and budget control across departments.

Build a high-performing leadership team through mentorship, accountability, and continuous development.

Monitor and assess operational risks and implement mitigation frameworks to safeguard the business.

Represent the company in strategic meetings, stakeholder discussions, and board-level reporting.

Lead change management, digital transformation, and process optimization projects as needed.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
