• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, plan, and execute strategic business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s daily operations, including finance, marketing, human resources, and customer service.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on company performance, including financial and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute the company’s short-term and long-term strategic plans.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Skills that will help you in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in collaborating with international teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a COO or similar leadership role within the SaaS, consulting, or sustainability sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
