 - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, local laws, and brand standards across all locations.
 - Support business expansion through new outlet openings, franchise development, and regional growth.
 - Report directly to the CEO/Board with actionable insights on financial performance and operational KPIs.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the F&B or restaurant industry.
 - Proven track record in multi-unit operations management with full P&L accountability.
 - Strong understanding of food court operations, including tenant (stall) management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day floor operations.
 - Deep knowledge of supply chain, cost efficiency, and customer service excellence in the F&B space.
