This is a Voluntary role for the first 6 months, followed by equity and then salaries as we make revenue. So please apply if you wish to work in this capacity and are financially able to support yourself for a while.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership
• Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement the company’s strategic roadmap
• Translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans
• Revenue plan development and global growth
• Drive execution of all programs, including membership offerings, digital products, events, and content initiatives
• Marketing plan development with the team
• Lead strategies for revenue growth including subscriptions, partnerships, events, and sponsorships
• Guide brand positioning, messaging, and audience growth across digital platforms
• Foster an inclusive, vibrant community experience for 25YearsMore members
• Help build and lead a small, mission-aligned team of volunteers and contractors
• Cultivate external relationships with strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators
