Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed infrastructure and energy platform that is scaling its operations across the region. We are seeking a Chief of Staff Office Lead / Operations Manager to support the Chief of Staff and broader leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.

This is a dynamic role suited for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across operations, project management, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to execute key business priorities, streamline processes, and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational projects across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Support day-to-day operations including budgeting, reporting, vendor coordination, and process optimization to enable smooth business performance.
  • Manage communications, meeting cadence, follow-ups, and preparation of executive materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and preparation of dashboards or presentations for leadership and investors.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business support roles – ideally within a high-growth startup or private equity-backed environment.
  • Experience with partnering with senior leadership or C‑suite executives in managing complex, fast-moving initiatives preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean, dynamic setup.
  • Exposure to the infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors would be advantageous.
