Qualifications

• Must hold ACLP and ACTA certificates as Chief Instructor.
• Paramedic experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional leadership and quality assurance for all listed programs.
• Ensure curriculum compliance with SRFAC and other authorities.
• Oversee course content, instructor assessments, and training records.
• Drive strategic development of new accredited courses.

Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chief Instructor tolead, oversee, and ensure the excellence of our suite of first aid trainingprograms. The ideal candidate is an authoritative subject matter expert with a proventrack record in instructional leadership and a deep commitment to upholding thehighest standards of training delivery and assessment.

• InstructionalLeadership & Quality Assurance:Serve as the lead authorityfor all course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluationsfor the following programs:
• StandardFirst Aid Course
• BCLSInstructor Course
• BCLS+ AED
• ChildFirst Aid
• CPR+ AED
• CurriculumCompliance:Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to thelatest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities(e.g., SRFAC).
• AdministrativeOversight:Manage course content, instructor assessments, and themaintenance of training records and equipment.
• StrategicProgram Development: Bring new expertise to continuously evaluate andincrease the current suite of training. Spearhead the initiative toresearch, design, and launch new, accredited courses that address marketgaps and future industry needs.

Requirements:

• CertifiedChief Instructor:Possess a full and currentAdvancedCertificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)andAdvancedCertificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
• Paramedicexperience is valued. Must hold valid and recognized certifications as an Instructorfor the following:
