Job Description
As the CIO/CTO/CISO at Greywolf Networks, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, and safeguarding information assets. You will oversee technology development, infrastructure, security governance and risk management, aligning all with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall technology roadmap in line with company strategy and market trends.
- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of secure infrastructure, applications and services.
- Oversee information security, risk management, compliance and incident response programmes.
- Ensure scalability, reliability and performance of systems and digital products.
- Collaborate with business units (e.g., digital marketing, web/app development, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing tech & security team; set KPIs, provide mentorship and conduct performance reviews.
- Monitor emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices; recommend adoption or mitigation.
- Manage the technology budget, vendor relationships and procurement lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, architecture and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in senior technology or security leadership roles, preferably in a service/solutions firm.
- Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure (cloud/hybrid), information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), risk management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects, driving digital transformation, and managing security operations.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; able to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Experience with vendor/partner management, budget oversight and technology governance.
- Good command of English; Mandarin or other languages a plus.
- Prior experience in Singapore or familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment is an advantage.
