Key Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise-level governance frameworks for critical strategic projects to ensure accountability to timelines, budget, outcomes, and cross-functional coordination.
- Coordinate data and reporting across departments to support executive reviews and dashboards that provide actionable insights on organizational health, workforce productivity, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with the CEO in preparing board reports, investor updates, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment between human capital progress and overall business performance.
- Partner with the CEO and senior management team to translate corporate goals into integrated people and organizational strategies that enable growth, innovation, and sustainability.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development to ensure a future-ready organization.
- Serve as the executive link between strategy, structure, and people — aligning talent, operating models, and governance mechanisms to business priorities.
- Drive culture transformation and organizational change to embed a performance-driven, innovative, and values-based culture across the company.
- Lead initiatives on employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being to build a cohesive and resilient workforce.
- Represent the CEO in select cross-functional or external forums to reinforce strategic messaging, partnership engagement, and workforce alignment.
- Lead organizational design to ensure structure, roles, and decision rights are optimized for agility and accountability.
- Guide digital HR transformation, leveraging technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making, performance visibility, and productivity improvement.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce administration, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and international standards aligned with Greenphyto’s sustainability and ethical commitments.
- Partner with external agencies, educational institutions, and regulators to advance workforce development, capability building, and sustainability initiatives including grant applications and funding initiatives that strengthen workforce innovation, automation adoption, and leadership development.
- Support organizational readiness for market expansion, ensuring the right talent, structure, and culture are in place to support growth in new geographies.
