Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit processes.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors for business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Manage banking relationships, corporate financing, and investment initiatives.
• Monitor cost control, contract performance, and financial risk management across business units.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with operations and commercial teams to optimize project margins and capital utilization.
• Drive digitalization and process improvement within the finance function (e.g., ERP systems, automation).

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
