About the Opportunity

A dynamic investment group with interests across telecommunications, digital technology, and fintech is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner closely with the Group CEO and Board. The role will provide strategic and operational financial leadership, guiding growth, investment, and transformation across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, capital structure, and investment planning across the group.
• Oversee financial performance, including reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• Advise the Board and CEO on capital deployment, acquisitions, and funding strategies.
• Drive group-level financial transformation and digital finance initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight to portfolio company CFOs to ensure alignment and governance.
• Engage with investors, banks, and regulators on financial matters and capital initiatives.
• Champion financial excellence, accountability, and a performance-driven culture.

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional (CA, CPA, ACCA) with 15+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Proven background in managing multi-entity, cross-border financial operations.
• Strong exposure to M&A, fundraising, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience in telecoms, IT, or digital businesses highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a hands-on leadership style.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
