Key Responsibilities:

• IPO Leadership: Spearhead all aspects of the company's preparation for an initial public offering (IPO), serving as the key architect of the financial strategy and roadmap.
• Strategic Finance: Partner with the CEO and Board to define corporate strategy, providing financial insights and analysis to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Capital Markets & Investor Relations: Act as the primary liaison with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with the financial community.
• Financial Operations: Oversee all global financial operations, including FP&A, treasury, tax, accounting, and internal controls, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global finance team across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Hongkong IPO Experience: A proven and successful track record of taking a company through a full IPO lifecycle on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). This is a mandatory requirement.
• Elite Academic Credentials: An outstanding academic background from a top-tier university. An MBA, CPA, CA, or CFA is highly preferred.
• Trilingual Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential to manage stakeholders across key markets.
• Sector Experience: Prior experience in high-growth technology or telecommunications sectors is highly advantageous.
• Leadership Prowess: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level.
