Qualifications

• At least 5 to 8 years experience in management roles (Director, CEO, CFO, etc).
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

• Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new financial regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

• Supervising financial reporting and budgeting team.

• Working closely with other executives and team leaders to develop and execute company strategy.
