About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our management team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial health of a listed companyand its subsidiaries, ensuring strong governance, financial integrity, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, audit, and compliance.
• Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and risk management to ensure the company’s financial stability.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on investment opportunities, capital structure, and business expansion.
• Establish robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and SGX listing requirements.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial processes through technology and automation.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a listed or large corporation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX compliance.
