Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s strategic direction, business operations, and financial performance across the region.
• Drive regional growth through partnerships, investor relations, and market expansion in Southeast Asia.
• Develop and execute corporate strategy in AI, ESG, and enterprise automation sectors.
• Oversee product development and innovation roadmap in collaboration with the global Paperlogic Group.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Represent the company in key stakeholder meetings, including regulatory bodies, investors, and strategic partners.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience, with proven success in technology, AI, or digital transformation industries.
• Strong business acumen in international market development, especially in Southeast Asia.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks, enterprise automation, and AI-driven digital transformation preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
