• Lead and coach sales and customer service teams to deliver empathetic, high-quality patient engagement.
• Partner with medical team to align operations with clinical excellence.
• Ensure strong patient acquisition, retention, and service satisfaction.
• Build and lead a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the brand to external stakeholders, partners, and the community.
