  • Stay on Top of Food Rotation: Ensure all food is properly rotated, labelled, and stored to maintain freshness and safety.
  • Efficient Service: Oversee line food levels to maintain a steady, high-quality service throughout your shift.
  • Keep Things Clean: Maintain a clean environment and ensure your uniform is always in top condition.
  • Track Orders: Reconcile and report all received orders to ensure smooth and accurate service.
