Description

We are seeking a visionary Data Scientist to lead our data strategy and drive innovation through data-driven insights. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for building and scaling our data science capabilities, turning raw data into actionable intelligence that fuels our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the bank's technical infrastructure
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and optimize business processes within the capital markets value chain
• Utilize data science to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and deploy robust solutions. Explore generative AI to enhance business operations, from data synthesis to process automation
• Partner with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges
• Drive the development of AI-powered products and features to improve the overall IS ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 10 years in IT functional architecture
• Mastery of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps
• Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation
• Expertise in AI algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud-based AI / LLM technologies (RAG patterns)
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, as well as DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps tools (GitLab CI / CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud)
• Knowledge of ethical principles for developing AI models
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in teams
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
