Job summary

Kuailu Software seeks a Chief Scientist to lead our foundation model R&D and define the company's AI technology roadmap for global markets.

You will drive research-to-productization across data, training, alignment, and inference optimization, building a world-class international AI research team and shaping scalable AI applications for international customers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above from a world‑class university in CS/AI/ML/SE or related field.
• 8+ years of AI and large language model research and development with deep expertise in foundation models and LLMs.
• Experience at leading global or Chinese AI/tech companies is preferred for senior technical roles.
• Deep hands‑on expertise across foundation model lifecycle: data, architecture, pre‑training, post‑training, alignment, and inference optimization.
• Strong track record of industry impact through model capabilities, training efficiency, reasoning, alignment, and inference.
• Global perspective and ability to translate global market needs into model capabilities.
• Technical leadership to define AI roadmap and build an international research team.

• Lead research and development of foundation models for scalable products and applications.
• Drive the transition of cutting‑edge AI research into productized capabilities for global markets.
