• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain) to transition research outputs into production-ready technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, patents, and industry trends relevant to the company’s core products.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and experimental records.
• Contribute to intellectual property development (e.g., patents, trade secrets).
• Assist in feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new technologies or design approaches.
• Support continuous improvement projects across R&D and manufacturing operations.
