Job summary

A startup in energy solutions based in Singapore is seeking a skilled Chemist to join their R&D team. You will focus on synthesizing compounds and supporting process design for advanced material development. Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemist to join our R&D team. The role focuses on the synthesis of compounds and supports process design and optimization for advanced material development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and synthesize new molecules and materials.


• Participate in process development and optimization for ongoing projects.


• Provide technical support across R&D initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.


• Proficient in organic synthesis techniques with at least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience (exceptionally qualified fresh graduates are welcome).


• Prior R&D experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.


• Skilled in using ChemDraw, Reaxys, SciFinder, and other relevant chemical databases and software.


• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
