With over seven decades of experience, we specialize in a broad range of chemical, microbiological, and environmental testing and sampling services.
Role Descriptions
As a chemist, you will be responsible for:
- supporting and participating in various laboratory functions, such as testing, quality control, etc.
- preparing and standardising chemical solution
- maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments
- providing clear and timely communication on technical matters and operation issues to manager
- drafting, reviewing and maintaining operating procedures for laboratory equipment and processes
- ensuring that all testing are conducted in accordance with the company and customer requirements
- ensuring proper disposal of waste in accordance with the company procedures
- maintaining good housekeeping practices and general cleanliness of the laboratory
- performing other tasks as and when required by management.
Qualification and Experience
- At least Diploma in Chemistry or related field
- No working experience required
Basic Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Able to work independently as well as in teamwork
- Able to follow the standard operating procedures diligently
- Self-motivated
Advanced Requirements
- Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques (APHA / EPA Method)
- Knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Good documentation practices
Salary and Other Perks
- Basic Salary: S$ 2,500 to S$ 3,300
