Job summary

EXLAG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to plan and execute High Purity Chemical Blending & Distribution equipment installation projects in semiconductor fabs, managing design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and client handover.

You will coordinate with project managers and clients, prepare tender packages, oversee suppliers, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Experience in equipment design and knowledge of high purity chemical blending and distribution systems.
• Experience managing turnkey chemical system installations and understanding utility requirements for equipment facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and execution of chemical blending and distribution equipment installation projects in semiconductor manufacturing fabs to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Communicate project requirements, including design specifications and schedules, with project managers and clients to align expectations and progress
• Prepare tender packages for chemical system suppliers and lead vendor evaluation and contract award processes to secure qualified suppliers
• Oversee suppliers through detailed design, manufacturing, and installation phases to deliver turnkey projects on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor commercial aspects and control project costs to meet financial targets
• Implement quality assurance processes to verify all project deliverables meet design and safety standards
• Inspect completed installations and monitor operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational safety requirements
• Manage supplier activities during testing, commissioning, training, and documentation to ensure smooth system handover to clients
• Interpret P&IDs and schematics to support project execution and troubleshooting
• Apply knowledge of chemical and gas system test equipment and methods to validate system performance
• Utilize understanding of mechanical design standards to ensure compliance throughout project phases
