Job summary

A leading aviation services provider in Singapore is hiring Chemical Cleaning Technicians for its Aircraft Engine MRO facility. Successful candidates will perform manual and chemical cleaning tasks and assist in daily operations. A minimum of NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2 years of aviation industry experience are required. Candidates must be self-motivated, team players, and able to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in aviation industry.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Able to work on weekly rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manual/mechanical cleaning of components in cleaning cell.
• Chemical stripping of components.
• Assist in daily production operational requirements.

ALG is currently hiring Chemical Cleaning Technicians for our client's Aircraft Engine MRO facility based in Singapore. Our client is renowned in the aviation industry for aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines.

Job Responsibilities

• manual/mechanical cleaning of components and/or other related tasks as assigned in cleaning cell
• Chemical stripping
• Assist in daily production operational requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline. Diploma will be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly, assembly or test in relevant aviation industry
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality
• Able to work on weekly rotating shifts
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
