Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chef De Partie / Sous Chef in Singapore to join a busy kitchen team. Work days are 5/6 with a 10:30am to 9:30pm shift and a 2-hour break; location is Tanjong Pagar/Tanglin and salary ranges SGD 3,000–3,700 plus incentives.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, is familiar with kitchen hygiene standards, and can contribute to consistent food quality and presentation while performing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Willingness to work on weekends/shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen preparation, station cooking and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and portion control.
• Ensure standard quality and quantity of food produced.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
