Job description

Location: Central / Town
Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + quarterly bonus
Working Days: 6 days/week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Transport: Company transport provided for home drop-off

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook grilled or BBQ dishes according to recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Operate grill, BBQ pit, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform food preparation tasks such as marinating, portioning, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory control — check and replenish ingredients and supplies.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during peak hours.
  • Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grill / BBQ / Western / hawker-style kitchens.
  • Knowledge of grill techniques, meat preparation, and temperature control.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
