A leading food establishment in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef specialized in Indian cuisine. You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, prepare and serve a variety of Indian dishes, and ensure the highest standards of food presentation. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years' experience in hotel environments and strong expertise in Indian culinary techniques, specifically with Tandoor and related dishes.
Hands‑on experience in Indian cuisine is preferred.
Responsible for day‑to‑day kitchen operation (Indian section).
Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
Ensure food should be presented, preparation and service must up to par in the kitchen.
Knowledge of Indian spices and cooking tools.
A multi‑skilled Chef with good all‑round food preparation and catering expertise.
Capable with a track record of dealing with all kitchen, canteen and culinary related issues.
A proven ability to react in areas that require immediate attention and ensuring that all food is always presented to the highest possible standards.
Ambitious and seeking to continually broaden knowledge of food, cutting edge cuisine, and overall event presentation.
