Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional and modern Greek dishes.
• Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet quality and hygiene standards.
• Plan and develop menus featuring Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Chef specializing in Greek cuisine.
• Good knowledge of Greek ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
• Possess relevant culinary certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Salary Range

SGD 3,000 – 4,600 per month, depending on experience
