About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic culinary team as a Chef de Partie at JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES', a leading provider of premium hospitality services. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our guests at our Changi Airport East Region SG location. This is a full-time position that offers the chance to showcase your culinary expertise and passion in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation across all menu items
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to any guest requests or dietary requirements
  • Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff as needed
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality or food service environment
  • Formal culinary training or qualification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from the Head Chef
  • Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
