We're looking for an individual who's passionate about creating warm gatherings and meals that bring people together. At Summer Hill our team puts together an experience for customers that focuses on not just the food but fostering gatherings and making them feel welcome as if it was our own home.

Key Responsibilities

• 5-Day Work Week
• Overtime is paid
• Prepare all mise en place as requested according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Plan and prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes.
• Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.
• Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean and sanitized including food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment.
