🥖 Craft. Rise. Create. — Join the Team Behind Tiong Bahru Bakery’s Magic

📍 Location: Tiong Bahru Bakery Central Kitchen – 267 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128439

At Tiong Bahru Bakery, every croissant, sourdough, and tart tells a story of craft and passion. Our Central Kitchen is the heartbeat of this creativity — where doughs rise before dawn and ideas come to life in butter, flour, and skill.

We’re looking for Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef talents to join our Pastry, Viennoiserie, and Bread departments — individuals who take pride in their craft, enjoy the rhythm of production, and want to grow within one of Singapore’s most beloved bakery brands.

🔪 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support and execute daily production of breads, pastries, or viennoiseries — maintaining consistency and quality across all products.
  • Prepare and produce doughs, batters, and fillings according to established recipes and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with your department head to ensure smooth daily operations and timely production.
  • Take part in R&D projects, new launches, and product improvements.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members when needed, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen culture.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and organizational standards in all areas of production.
  • Manage ingredient usage, portion control, and stock rotation responsibly.
🍞 What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of relevant kitchen or bakery experience (pastry, viennoiserie, or bread).
  • Familiarity with both artisanal methods and production environments — comfortable with scale but focused on craft.
  • Solid technical foundation — whether it’s dough fermentation, lamination, or classic pastry work.
  • A strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and pride in producing quality food.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic kitchen team.
  • Candidates experienced in artisan bread or laminated dough production are highly encouraged to apply.
🌟 Why Join Us
  • Be part of a passionate, chef-led team where tradition meets innovation.
  • Opportunities to rotate across departments and expand your baking expertise.
  • A nurturing environment that values mentorship and growth.
  • Staff meals, employee benefits, and a chance to grow with a brand that celebrates craft.
