Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with SFA requirements.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in inventory control and stock rotation.
  • Uphold kitchen safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal specials.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with SFA requirements.

  • Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
  • Able to work on shifts and weekends (within a 44-hour work week).
