🍕 Now Hiring: Chef de Partie (5 Positions) – Pizza Studio Tamaki 🍕

Join our team at Pizza Studio Tamaki, a Michelin-awarded restaurant since 2019, specializing in Japanese-style Neapolitan pizza—a perfect blend of traditional Neapolitan techniques with Japanese precision and premium ingredients. Located in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, our kitchen is led by a Japanese pizzaiolo and a local Head Chef with over 12 years of experience in pizza-making, ensuring an authentic and world-class dining experience.

Position: Chef de Partie (Full-Time, 5 Vacancies)

📍 Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
💰 Salary Package: Over $5,000 (including basic salary, meal allowance, perfect attendance bonus, KPI incentives, and service charge disbursement)

Job Responsibilities:
  • 🔹 Prepare and cook Japanese-style Neapolitan pizzas using our signature Michelin-recognized techniques
  • 🔹 Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • 🔹 Work closely with the Japanese pizzaiolo and Head Chef to refine skills
  • 🔹 Assist in daily kitchen operations, mise en place, and stock management
  • 🔹 Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
