Ensuring that all foods cooked are of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

Overseeing all kitchen operations.
Taking stock of ingredients and equipment and placing orders to replenish stock.
Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen.
Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
