Concept AC Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in our Raffles Place restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the preparation and delivery of high‑quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for career development within our growing hospitality business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to exacting standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in the kitchen
  • Assisting the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team as required
  • Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to
  • Participating in menu development and implementing new recipes
  • Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a busy commercial kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Excellent time management and multi‑tasking abilities to work efficiently under pressure
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
  • Relevant culinary qualification or certification is preferred
